These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Southern VUEs' drone photography and videography services and website at southernvues.com. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services Description

Southern VUEs provides professional drone photography and videography services for real estate, construction, property management, and commercial purposes throughout Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and surrounding Louisiana parishes.

Our services include:

* Aerial drone photography and videography

* Ground-level property photography

* Interior photography and walkthrough videos

* Edited deliverables in web and print-ready formats

Booking and Payment

Booking: Services may be booked through our website, phone, or email. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified in your service package.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via our secure online payment system.

Pricing: Service pricing is as listed on our website or as quoted for custom projects. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings are honored at the quoted rate.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

* Client cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable

* Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee

* We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions or FAA airspace restrictions without penalty

SMS Communication Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Southern VUEs, you agree to the following:

Message Purpose: We send transactional SMS messages related to your service appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and customer service updates.

Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.

Frequency: You may receive up to 5 messages per month related to your scheduled services.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at (225) 427-8667.

Carrier Liability: Southern VUEs is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Ownership: Southern VUEs retains copyright ownership of all photos and videos created. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended

business purposes (MLS listings, marketing, property documentation).

Client Usage Rights: Clients may use deliverables for:

* Real estate listings and marketing materials

* Property management and documentation

* Construction progress reporting

* Business marketing and promotional purposes

Prohibited Uses: Clients may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw or edited media to third parties without written permission.

Portfolio Use: Southern VUEs reserves the right to use completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

FAA Compliance and Liability

Certification: All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots in compliance with federal aviation regulations.

Insurance: We maintain commercial liability insurance for drone operations.

Weather and Airspace: We reserve the right to reschedule flights due to unsafe weather, FAA restrictions, or airspace limitations.

Limitation of Liability: Southern VUEs is not liable for delays, cancellations, or deliverable quality issues caused by weather, airspace restrictions, property

access issues, or client-provided incorrect information.

Deliverables and Turnaround

Standard Delivery: Edited photos and videos are delivered within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Method: Deliverables are provided via secure download link.

File Retention: We retain project files for 30 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

* Provide accurate property addresses and access information

* Obtain necessary permissions for drone operations on private property

* Notify us of any site hazards, power lines, or flight restrictions

* Be available for communication regarding scheduling and project details

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality deliverables, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or that deliverables will meet unstated expectations.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern VUEs from claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) client's use of deliverables, (b) inaccurate information provided by client, or (c) client's failure to obtain necessary property permissions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be governed by Louisiana state law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to book our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
