Are you legally allowed to fly for commercial projects?
Yes. Southern VUEs Drone Services operates under FAA Part 107 certification for commercial drone work. We follow all regulations, including altitude limits, line-of-sight rules, and airspace authorization when required.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Baton Rouge and surrounding areas including East Baton Rouge Parish, Livingston Parish, Ascension Parish, West Baton Rouge Parish, Iberville Parish, Orleans Parish, and Jefferson Parish. If your project is outside this service area, contact us to discuss travel options.
How far in advance should we book?
For typical real estate and small commercial shoots, 3–5 business days’ notice is usually sufficient. Larger or multi-site projects benefit from additional lead time so we can plan routes, permits, and scheduling efficiently.
What do I receive after the shoot?
You receive edited, high-resolution photos and/or video files delivered via online download link. Files are prepared in formats suitable for MLS, web, and social media. If you require print-ready sizes or specific dimensions, we can accommodate that as well.
Can you handle weather or rescheduling?
Absolutely. We monitor the forecast closely, and if conditions are unsafe or will clearly impact image quality, we’ll work with you to reschedule as early as possible.
